gave the local government a two-day time limit for detection of the killers, But the government failed to identify the killers and prosecute them, so a strong demonstration took place in front of the governor’s house
In order to demand a trial of the killers, but the local government in Basra city confronted the protesters by shooting at them, this proves that the militias are the same as the government and they work together.
