October uprising was a loud trumpet against the sectarian regime in Iraq, which deprived people from the simplest basics of a decent life, turned the Middle East into an arena of wars and an arena for imperialist interventions.
October Uprising inspired the entire Middle East region, we watched the flame of this revolution spread from Lebanon to Iran. We have seen the masses in Lebanon and Iran chanting for Iraq and raising the slogans of October Uprising, chanting against this sectarian, capitalist, criminal system that rules the entire Middle East.
We lived great and very beautiful moments,
we learned many lessons about equality, freedom and organization.
We felt the strength of the union against the authorities.
Our society has learned a lot from the uprising, we saw the people supported their daughters
and sons and they believe in their ability to change towards a better Iraq.
We have also lived terrifying moments, and sad moments during our peaceful protest against the regime in Iraq.
The government and its militias did not spare any means of suppression against the masses such as : bullets, bombs, snipers, assassinations, arbitrary arrests, and tear gas bombs.
We have lost many friends, and so many martyrs more than 700 and more than 23,000 wounded according to the fake official statistics, they only were carrying the Iraqi flag against this criminal oppressive authority.
The repression continues, the masses are still revolting against the government, and they will remain so until this regime falls!.
