Our Narrative Campaign

Trade during sectarianism was limited to one place and between a specific group of people, due to the political nature of the regime being reflected in the social structure of society. After society was divided into provinces according to the sectarian pattern, farmers were unable to travel between Iraqi cities, which created a shortage of agricultural needs, tools, and expertise. Worse than that, there was a loss of contact with friends and buyers from other cities.
